  Sales Person 
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Fast-paced, high volume, competitive selling environment
  • Primary market is cruise ship tourists from the U.S.
  • High energy level is a must (minimum 6 day work week)
  • Self-motivated individuals with the entrepreneurial spirit to build their clientele base and increase their product knowledge
  • Income is commission-based and averages the equivalent of US$42,000 per annum. Our top sales people earn between US$60,000 - 70,000 per annum (THESE ARE TAX FREE EARNINGS!)
  • Must speak and write fluently in English
  • Jewellery knowledge is beneficial but not essential
  • Being a Graduate Gemologist is beneficial but not essential
  • Speaking Spanish is a plus

  Store Manager 
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in fine jewelry sales and store management essential.
  • Must be capable of motivating, training and leading a team in a fast-paced, competitive selling environment.
  • Experience in leading a commission-based selling team preferred.
  • Income includes a base salary plus a commission on store sales.
  • Income generally ranges from US$40,000 to US$80,000 depending on store size and results. THESE ARE TAX FREE EARNINGS!
  • High energy level is a must (minimum 6 day work week).
  • Must speak and write fluently in English.
  • Speaking Spanish is a plus.
  • Being a Graduate Gemologist is beneficial but not essential.
