When will I receive my certificate of appraisal? It takes up to 3 weeks from the day of purchase to receive an appraisal by mail.
What is your return policy? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn and unaltered merchandise in its original packaging with a readable copy of the original register sales receipt and a readable copy of your credit card receipt within 90 days for a replacement, exchange or refund. Exceptions may apply. You must contact our customer service representative for a return authorization.
