Q.  What is your return policy?
A.  We have the best return policy in the Caribbean. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the UNWORN and UNALTERED merchandise in its original packaging, along with a readable copy of the original sales receipt and a readable copy of your credit card receipt within 90 days of purchase.  Exceptions apply.  Contact our Customer Service office at 1-877-282-5255 for assistance and authorization.

Q.  Do I need to keep my receipt?
A.  The receipt is an important part of our 90 day guarantee.  It provides us with information about the item you purchased, the store in which you made your purchase and the vendor who made it. If you should have any questions or problems with your purchase, this information is very important.

Q. When can I expect my appraisal certificate?
A.  If you do not receive your appraisal certificate at the point of sale, you can expect to receive it in approximately 3 weeks.

Q.  Is it possible to upgrade my jewelry purchase?
A.  Yes, it is possible as long as the original purchase is in resalable condition and you have your original receipt. Our sales staff is very helpful and can guide you through this process.

 

Q.  Can I purchase something once I am home from my visit?
A.  Yes, our sales staff is very helpful and accommodating and can help you with your purchase.

Q.  Can I special order merchandise, if it is not available in the store?
A. Yes, we can special order from our vendors. All Special Order merchandise is ordered especially for you and will be drop shipped to your door. For this reason, all sales are final.

Q.  Can I order Big Black Dick rum or products?
A.  Big Black Dick hot sauces, t-shirts and various souvenirs are available for purchase by calling our Customer Service office at 1 877 282-5255.
Unfortunately due to duty free regulations and shipping restrictions, the rum is not available for shipping at this time.
